myViewpoint Technical Specifications

The Quantum VS myViewpoint Business and Sales Intelligence solution is a family of products all using the myViewpoint prefix. Below are details for each product.
(Note: myViewpoint Assistant and Professional are bundled together on the same CD)

myViewpoint Assistant - Database Security
Quantum VS myViewpoint Assistant 2.0 is a tool designed for system administrators who need to manage a myViewpoint Server installation. It permits a system administrator to manage communications and security for the host database, providing control over which files and dictionaries can be viewed by users of myViewpoint Professional, Standard or myViewpoint Anywhere (browser-based).

 Installs onto a PC running Windows™ 2000/2003 or XP, connected to your back-office
   database server.
 Minimum of 1 GB RAM.
 20 MB hard disk space.

myViewpoint Professional
Quantum VS myViewpoint Professional is used by the organizations’ Business and Sales Intelligence Administrator to create and execute queries/reports. These may be viewed by other Professional and Standard users and/or uploaded to a web server where they may be viewed through the browser by users of myViewpoint Anywhere.

 Installs onto a PC running Windows™ 2000/2003 or XP, connected to your back-office
   database server.
 Minimum of 128 MB RAM.
 100 MB hard disk space.

myViewpoint Standard
Quantum VS myViewpoint Standard permits execution of queries/reports.

 Installs onto a PC running Windows™ 2000/2003 or XP, connected to your back-office
   database server.
 Minimum of 128 MB RAM.
 100 MB hard disk space.

myViewpoint Anywhere
Quantum VS myViewpoint Anywhere permits managers and decision makers to universally access their personalised critical business information, via the Internet and/or Intranet, using a standard web browser.

 Requires myViewpoint Web Services software installed on a web server.
